In a dramatic experiment, Ring co-piloted a 45 foot disk a distance of ten miles, arriving at their destination instantaneously.
Ralph Ring was a member of a team led by the late Otis T Carr who built working anti-gravitic spacecraft. Carr was a protege of Nikola Tesla. Carr's OTC-X1 project was shut down by the government. Ralph Ring lives to tell the tale.
